Description:

Specification and appearance quality:

A. According to gb14975-2002 "seamless steel pipe of stainless steel", the normal length of steel pipe (indefinite ruler) is 1.5-10m. The hot-rolled steel pipe is equal to and greater than 1m.Cold drawn (rolled) steel pipe wall thickness of 0.5~1.0mm, 1.0~7m;Wall thickness greater than 1.0mm, 1.5-8m.

B. 45 types of hot-rolled (hot-extruded) steel tubes with a diameter of 54~480mm;Wall thickness: 4.5-45mm, total 36 kinds.There are 65 kinds of cold drawn (rolled) steel tubes with diameter of 6~200mm.There are 39 kinds of wall thickness ranging from 0.5 to 21mm.

C. There shall be no cracks, folds, cracks, cracks, rolled folds, dissociation and scarring defects on the inner and outer surface of the steel pipe. These defects shall be completely cleared (except for the pipe used for machining).Other minor surface defects not exceeding the allowable negative deviation may not be removed.

D. the straight path allows depth.Hot-rolled and hot-extruded steel tubes with diameters of less than and equal to 140mm shall not be greater than 5% of the nominal wall thickness and the maximum depth shall not be greater than 0.5mm.Cold drawn (rolled) steel tube shall not be greater than 4% of nominal wall thickness and the maximum depth shall not be greater than 0.3mm.

E. Both ends of the steel tube shall be cut at right angles, and the burr shall be removed.
