High Modulus High Pressure Resistance Flexible Carbon Fibre Tube

Here at LIJIN, we design and manufacture composite tubes from a wide range of materials including carbon fibre, glass fibre, and aramid fibre (otherwise known as KevlarTM). As well as a composite of materials specifically designed and engineered to meet the requirements of our customers.

Constructed using a mandrel wrapping technique (also sometimes known as ‘roll wrap’), manufacturing our poles in this way allows for the most accurate placement and alignment of fibres. This allows our engineers to achieve a composite tube that balances the perfect mix of strength, weight and flexibility for its intended application, whether it’s a carbon tube or a carbon fibre tube.

A large percentage of our composite tubes are engineered utilising what’s known as a ‘male moulding process’ often referred to as “roll wrap”. As a carbon tube supplier with over 40 years of composites experience, we have found this method for construction to be the optimal technique for manufacturing thin-walled composite tubing.

This process has been refined and developed over decades of manufacturing high-quality industrial components for the aerospace, defence, motorsport, marine and industrial components sectors all over the world. Carbon Fiber Customized Pultruded Profiles

The Carbon Fiber pultruded profiles are available in varying sizes and shapes. LIJIN Composites is capable of supplying customized carbon fiber products in line with customers’ specific requirements. With the right product design, development team, and in-house manufacturing facility, we can easily cater to carbon fiber pultruded profiles to meet the most demanding industry specifications. Our pultruded components are easy to work with. They can be cut with a band saw, coping saw, scroll saw, end mill, or Dremel tool.

Carbon Fiber tube production is Shanghai Lijin’s core business and occupies 70% of our turnover.
The carbon fiber tubes Shanghai Lijin mainly produce is table-rolled and oven thermoset. The tubes can be Full Carbon or Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass composite, depending on the application, weight limit,mechanical

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.

Besides the traditional table-rolled carbon fiber tubes, Shanghai Lijin also offers REAL Filament wound carbon fiber tubes,which are widely used for mechanical strength like auto driving shaft, antennas, even for military

applications. The filament wound carbon tubes are wound at a certain angle like 30 or 45 degree. We invested the new production line from Jun 2013 and this increases Shanghai Lijin’s advantage in the carbon

fiber tube industry. There are just a few real filament wound carbon fiber tube manufacturers in domestic

China and we are one of them.

drawings from customers. No matter the drawing formats are .DWG, .DXF that can be edited by AutoCAD

and used directly for production, 3D drawings like .IGS, or even draft drawings, our staff can do adjustment and change to customer’s idea. Our engineers are also good at English communication, Email and IM is easy

for them. Editing drawings for customers is FREE* of charge. Shanghai Lijin is having several professional CNC machines for carbon fiber cutting and drilling, with the capacity of cutting 20-50pcs standard full sized plate per day.
