Product Quality Control of the steel tubular tower Fabrication Processing

From product raw materials procurement to the final products packages and transport, Qingdao Liangta Steel

Structure Co.,Ltd.control the quality by a sound tower processing and quality management system to ensure that

the incoming qualified 100%,products quality 100%.

Raw material incoming inspection

Liangta inspect all the steel materials before incoming, First, we ask the supplier to supply products certificate and quality assurance.

Then we make strict measurement on contour dimension inspection, chemical element analysis and mechanical property test .

Specification of the steel tubular tower as following:

Steel grades

Chinese steel Q345B, which same to ASTM A572 GR50

Chinese Q235B, which same to ASTM A36

Fasteners: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which similar to ASTM A394

Hot DIP galvanization in accordance with GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123

The welding will be performance in accordance with AWS D1.1 or CWB standard
