Our standard two ply air spring bellows is actually made up of four layers

a. An inner liner of calendered rubber.
b. One ply of fabric reinforced rubber.
c. A second ply of fabric-reinforced rubber (with the cords at a specific bias angle to the first ply).
d. An outer cover of calendered rubber

The air spring does not need to be repaired or specially maintained in normal use. It is only necessary to regularly flush the metal parts (piston, cover plate) that are prone to sediment accumulation when cleaning the vehicle, without using any detergent. Damaged airbags cannot be repaired, do not repair any damaged airbags. During installation or maintenance, if the airbag comes into contact with solvent, hydraulic oil or grease, please wipe off these substances with a dry cloth to prevent the rubber material of the airbag from swelling due to soaking.

2. BLIND NUT
M8 x 1.25 — 6H x 15 (two or four per each plate depending on part size). Used for mounting the part.
3. UPPER BEAD PLATE
Permanently crimped to bellows to form an airtight assembly which allows for leak testing before the unit leaves the factory. Zinc/chromate plated for rust protection.
4. GIRDLE HOOP
Wire wound type shown, molded into the bellows.
5. BELLOWS

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now.
