Characters:

1. STS coil cut to length line must be high precision and robust.
2. Uncoiling stage: Include Coil storing saddle covered with PU rubber plate, Coil loading car with PU rubber plate,Single mandrel or double mandrel uncoiler, Coil head snubber roller, peeler shoveling plate
3. High precision Leveler: 4Hi or 6Hi. 4Hi is two layers work rollers and two layers backup rollers, 6Hi plus two layers middle rollers between work rollers and backup rollers. Leveler drive is DC or AC motor, reducing gearbox, distribution gearbox and universal joints.
4. Pit loop Or Transmission roll table. Rubber coated rollers to contact stainless steel sheet.
5. Servo cutting to length for thickness below 6mm and above 6mm usually rotary encoder(and/or Film Laminating)
6. Sheet Discharging stage:Include Belt Conveyor,pneumatic sheet receiving arms,X lifting table, exit car or roll table
