Recoilers and Rolling mill DC motors are controlled by 6RA80 series DC driver, main channel adopt speed and electric current double closed loop structure, with given integrator, current pre-control functions, magnet excitation adopts potential and current double closed-loop structure.

S00 software package for recoiler DC driver can achieve tension control, recoiling diameter calculation and dynamic compensation.

The DC control system has good and reliable performance as well as best self-priority, motoring, self-diagnose, fast network functions.

The main mill control is speed control system, recoiler is speed control during threading and tension control during rolling(more exactly indirect tension control).
