• One main pane, two operator panels, cantilever panel at 1# mill, with current, speed, tension display.
• Control system includes programmable controller, touch screen, pump, actuator, signal inspection, etc., to show machine parameters, running state and fault analysis, with pressure, position sensors joining in control loop.
• Fault comes out, alarm lighting and sounding to remind and 5mins later abnormal signal show up
