We ship by China post air mail, E package, EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex and so on.

1.China Post Air mail delivery time is around 15-60 days.
2. EMS usually takes about 6-13 days.
3. DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex usually takes about 4-6 days.
4.E package usually takes about 7-14 days.

What about quality control ?

• Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of hair,handle,ferrule, bag,etc. by sample, which should be strictly same as mass production.
• We will track the different status of production from the beginning.
• Every brush&bag quality checked before packing.
• We’ll be also your serious QC. Before delivery, clients could send QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problems occurred.

Q1: How about sample policy?
A1: We can provide the sample to you, but you have to pay the sample fee.
Anyway, we will return back to you the cost after you place an order.

Q2: What are the terms of payments?
A2: We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal.

Q3: How long it will take to delivery the goods?
A3: If we have the goods in stock, we will delivery them within 7-15 working days after
we get your payment. If we do not have in stock, we will delivery them before the
deadline which we both parties agreed on.

We also have the facility to carry out antibacterial processes, and have our own fumigation / sterilization gas chamber for cosmetic brushes using natural hair materials in the China factory. We can provide certification confirming that this sterilization process meets all the necessary requirements
