Introduction

The alu alu machinet uses the composite Aluminum film as material which has best performance of eal,proofing moisture and light,and uses special mould to cool-form.It is renewed packing equipment in pharmaceutical industry.The machine has two functions.When it changes mould,the machine can pack the object not only with Aluminum-Aluminum,but also with Aluminum-Plastic.

• Blister forming, hot sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel
• orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and the bliser packing
• machine has staff gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation.
• Adopts top brand PLC controller with touch screen displayed in Chinese and English, Frequency inverter
• for speed control,servo traction,which can ensure the length of blister traction adjustable within the
• range.
• Forming positive pressure air distribution with mechanical punch, ensuring blister forming well, and could
• collocate exclusive Automatic Feeder. The blister packing machine could fit for the packaging of
• ampoule, needle, Xilin Bottle, big honey pill, medicine machine and some special shape etc.
• The special design of molds in rectangle shape,ladder type fixing,provide much convenience and ease
• to molds replacement. All material contact parts adopt high quality stainless steel and aluminum metal,
• slap-up surface treatment craft.
• Detachable design make the blister packing machine can be easily carried and installed according to

Attention

When make ALU ALU product:

Turn off No.2 (Heating box),change the feeder to shaking type feeder and change molds(Forming up and

down molds, sealing up and down molds, blanking up and down molds)

When make ALU PVC product: Turn on all of the stations.
