Product Describe
The wire rope electric hoist is mainly composed of motor, drive mechanism, reel, wire rope and hook. It can be divided into CD model and MD model and HC, HD model (larger capacity up to 32T). CD model wire rope electric hoist have single speed, and MD model wire rope electric hoist have fast and slow lifting speeds which make it lift steadily and accurately.
Wire rope electric hoist is a kind of special lifting equipment, mounted on single beam, bridge, gantry and jib cranes, widely used for lifting objects. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, simple operation, easy to use, widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, storage terminals and other places. Lifting capacity is generally 0.1 ~ 80 tons, lifting height of 3 to 30 meters.
Product Features
1. GEAR BOX: With three-stage fixed-axis helical gear transmission structure, alloy steel gear shaft, cast steel cabinet and cover, it guarantees a good leak tightness and easy maintenance.
2. CONTROL BOX: With limit stopper, the circuit can be cut off automatically in case of emergency, and keep long service life.
3. WIRE ROPE CABLE: Durable GB1102-74(6x37+1) wire rope cable.
4. CONIC MOTOR: Conical rotor induction motor does not need to be added any brakes. The duty circle is 25%, insulation class is B or F and protective class is IP44/IP5.
5. CONTROL PENDANT: Portable control pendant, including wire control.
