Being one of the fast growing tableware enterprises, our products today serve as a canvas for Chef creativity in more than 500+ starred hotels, international airline, restaurants, stadiums, supermarkets etc who proudly endorse us in various segments of the Hospitality and Household Industry. We are also characterized by high efficiency because of the cooperation from our three branches in China . Two of them are factories located in Guangdong and Hunan covered the area of 60,000㎡ and 5 different kilns, another one is our showroom in Guangzhou with more than 10,000 items inside which all passed FDA, EU, LFGB many types of certificates.

Our factory focus on production control and customers’ requirements. That is why we have 3 different production inspection lines and each batch of the production’s defect rate is below 1.49%. The pristine whiteness, remarkable durability and silky smooth glazed surface on all Savall products are direct results of Savall’s strict quality control system and dedication to deliver perfection to the customers. By pooling together our resources, experiences, and expertise, our task is to continue with innovations and enhancing our key competitive advantage of delivering top quality products that are not only enjoyed by customers around the world but also creating added value for our partners.

As for the customers requests fulfillment, we have our R&D department with more than 20 designers including full-time one and part-time one which is cooperated with the professors and students from the Art University. We organize the porcelain dinnerware design competition every year to find out more amazing design and donate for the art university. Besides that, we have the customers services before and after sales system. For example we have the cooking training and scenario for chief or manager of restaurant in our showroom, they can select the dinnerware to match their food or any dishes they cook.
