2. Design Description

2-1. Work floor

Gratings and grating support frames are employed as the work floor for all working areas and these work floors are of self supporting type.

Air exhaust plenum is fabricated of sheet metal when a specific working area has air exhaust system, and drain pit is furnished. Industrial type throw-away filters are employed as inlets.

Rust-proof coating is applied to the angle columns of the grating support frames and outsCitye the exhaust plenums.

Make up water supply is installed for filling water when wet type drain pit is employed

Mild steel products are used for fabrication

2-2. Working Booth

The working Booths are closed areas.

The floor section is formed of a supporting structure made of profile steel.

Floor covering is checked metal plate or grating. ( Under body sealing & Undercoat)

Enclosures will be constructed of galvanized and properly reinforced steel sheet panels.

The walls are fitted with safety glass panes. Silhouettes at two ends will be provCityed. Doors with automatic closer are installed in the silhouettes. .

2-3. Access doors

Access doors are furnished for the access to this enclosure and they are of industrial standard type

made of hollow metal.

Access doors are furnished with the door frames, door pulls, automatic door closers, etc.

2-4. Window glasses

Window glasses are laminated clear glass and installed air tight

2-5. Air supply

Air supply ductwork along with air outlets are installed in this area.
