Summary:

The spray granulating dryer is also called a one-step granulating dryer. It uses the bonding effect of the binder to bridge and agglomerate the solid powders, thereby gradually forming granules.

Process flow: Put the powder material for granulation into the fluidized bed, the cold air enters through the filter, and then is heated by the heater. After the cold air temperature rises to the process temperature, it enters the fluidized bed to make the powder circulate in a fluidized state. At the same time, spray the mist-like binder to moisten the powder in the container, so that the powder agglomerates into loose small particles. At the same time, the water is continuously evaporated and taken away by the hot air.

The particle size of the boiling granulating dryer produced by our company is between 40-80 mesh and the yield can reach more than 90%. Retaining a small part of the fine particles can make the appearance of the tablet product smooth and beautiful, thereby improving the product grade and improving Economic benefits!
