Air spring air bag structure

An air spring is actually an air bladder of carefully engineered rubber/wire mesh layers that holds a volume of compressed air cylinders. The rubber bladder itself does not provide force or support the load, but the column of air within it bears the load. The air spring is an elastic air bag manufactured with high technology, and the two ends are designed with special metal sealing end caps. Our company's standard two-wire mesh layer air spring airbag is actually composed of four layers

a. Calendered rubber lining.

b. Rubber layer reinforced with wire mesh.

c. A rubber layer reinforced with a second wire mesh (with wire mesh at an angle to the wire mesh of the first layer).

d. Calendered rubber outer layer

Please note that when we order an air spring, we must specify both the model number of the air bag and the full assembly order number. Because most air springs have several different sealing end cap options. For example, 255-1.5 is only used to identify the airbag and not the entire assembly. W01-M58-6105 is the component ordering number.
