Why your price is so expensive?
Our raw materials is SPCC from HBIS, the thickness tolerance is only -0.02MM.Other factory use the spiral steel, the thickness tolerance is -0.2MM.So it is understand that our actual weight is much bigger than others.

The powder we used is passed the test by SGS, the heave metal content is within environmental standard. The surface can’t make any change within 500-700 hours in sun exposure. The surface can bear 50KG impact force and back can bear 70KG impact force without any crack.

The lock we use is cyber lock, Wangtong and Lusterful. For 1000pcs lock the keys can’t open each other, other factory usually use the locks within 200pcs can’t open each other.

Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.

Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.
