The KPD series electric transfer carts offer superior performance
thanks to their strong structure design and quality components like
brake systems and steering mechanisms etc., ensuring smooth
operation even under harsh conditions like rain or snowfall.As the equipment does not use cables, will not interfere with cross
transportation, the cart to achieve remote control operation and
automatic driving control, so that the factory workshop and

wire, through the track to send electricity to the flat car, The
ground transformer control converts the single-phase or three-phase
AC 380V voltage drop to single-phase or three-phase 36V voltage.

Requirements for track installation
(1) The resistance between the orbitals is not less than 10 ohms. Because the rail should be insulated. The bottom of the rail is supposed to be coated with asphalt, with a 5mm insulating rubber plate, and the two sides of the rail should be filled with asphalt sand.
(2) The actual voltage on the 36V track should not be greater than 42V. It is not anvisable for the line to be less than 30V when the line is not started, otherwise the compensation line must be added.
(3) If it is a seam rail, the rail joint should be 5mm×45 degrees chamfering, so as not to collide with the lower edge of the electric friction block. Our company uses the track used for welding.
(4) The track construction requirements are high, must ensure that the track insulation, can be unobstructed power supply, forbid metal parts to touch two tracks at the same time.
