COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit uses Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Assay (GICA) technology which is intended for the in vitro qualitative detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen nucleocapsid (N) protein in human nasal swab, nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab samples. This test is only provided for use by clinical laboratories or to healthcare workers for point-of-care testing, not for at-home testing.

Instructions:

1.Prepare the extraction solution: open the buffer cap and squeeze the buffer into the extraction tube.

2.Sampling: rotating swabs, sampling.

3.Preparation of sample solution: the Swab with the sample, in the extraction tube stirring 3-5 times, stirring 1 minute, remove the swab and tighten the extraction, tube cover.

4.Add Sample: put the kit on the horizontal table, and drop the sample solution into the sample hole of the kit for 4 drops.

5.Timer: Wait 15 minutes to read test results.

6.Read the results: Only Appear Quality Control Line C line, for negative; Appear quality control line and Detection Line, for positive; Do not appear quality control line only, appear detection line or not out of line, detection invalid, need to re- detection.
