1. Outdoor Electrical Cabinet Description

This series cabinet is 1300mm High and 720mm Wide and 720mm Deep. it can integrated various types of equipments,such as power distribution unit,enverionment monitoring unit,and etc.The cooling of the cabinet is fan,which is installed on the front door of the cabinet.It can make sure the temperature stable for the equipment operating.The cabinet is configured with fully locking doors to both front and rear faces allowing for access from both sides of the electrical equipment being integrated.

6. Technics of outdoor equipment cabinet

The cabinet material is high quality steel plate, which is made by the world's leading AMAD CNC equipment, with exquisite workmanship and precise size. The main frame of the cabinet is made by welding, ensuring the whole cabinet is strong and durable. The internal structure and all kinds of accessories are assembled in the way of assembling, and the application is flexible. The cabinet body and its internal accessories are all pretreated by acid washing and phosphating, and then the special molding powder is used for electrostatic spraying, so as to prevent corrosion and rust.

8.Electrical Devices

8.1 Service Light

Service light is used to get additional light inside the cabinet. Service light is 48VDC, installed at the top of the cabinet.

8.2 Smoke Detector

Smoke detector can detect smoke and issues an alarm to alert that there is a potential fire in the cabinet. Smoke detector is installed at the top of the cabinet.

8.3 Door Switch

Door switch can trigger alarm when the door is opened. Door switch is installed at door and door frame.

8.4 Fan

The cabinet includes one DC48V 100W fan, installed at cabinet door.
