Product Description

Provide process design, equipment production, installation and commissioning and operation training for a detergent powderproduction line of 5000-250000 tons/year.
The raw materials are accurately dosed in the form of powder and liquid, and then sent to the neutralization and aging system for neutralization and aging. The process flow in the form of slurry is now homogenized through a slurry homogenization pump. Then the slurry is sent to the spray drying tower to form hollow microspheres with a unit weight of 0.20~0.35 kg/L. After screening and adjustment in the airlift system, the powder becomes the base powder with low bulk density. According to customer requirements, a post adding device can be provided to mix spices, enzymes, perborate and base powder to produce mid to high grade laundry detergent.
