1. Question: Do you have products in stock?

Answer: No, we work on OEM/ ODM orders. All of our products are custom made and printed. You can have your branded design on the boxes.

2. Question: How soon can you finish the mass production?

Answer: For the sample production, it will take about 5-7 days. For the mass production, it will take about 12-18 days after you finished the prepayment. It also depends on the quantity. Our sales will keep tracking the progress. We will take some pictures of the products for you when we finish them.

3. Question: How can I pay?

Answer: T/T(50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment); Western Union; E-Check(United State customers only); Paypal(sample fee only)
