Hastelloy C-276 with a high nickel contents, is immune to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. The high molybdenum and chromium contents allow the alloy to perform in oxidising, non-oxidising and mixed acids media, whilst exhibiting outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion attack. The addition of tungsten inhibits the development of pits. Finally, C276 is suitable for off-shore applications where hydrogen-sulphide stress corrosion cracking resistance is essential.

They are available in a wide range of formats including wire, plate, sheet, strip,pipe, fittings, bar, flanges, and so on.

Application:

Petrochemical equipment, heat exchanger, flue gas desulfurization equipment, fluid chemical pump, fluorine chemical, etc

Hastelloy C-276 alloy thermoforming is immediately annealed and quenched with water at 1150℃. Cold deformation of Hastelloy C-276 alloy will increase its strength.
