The cut to length line is to make certain length of flat steel plates by leveling and cutting to length, composed of uncoiler, leveler, rotary shear, stacker, etc with auxiliary functions of coil loading, length measuring, film coating, sheets delivering and output,etc.

The working process is uncoiling, 19 roller 6hi leveling, length measuring, rotary fly shear cutting, the cut sheets go to the first stacker until number of stacking reaches preset number, then manually transfer to second stacker. While the sheets are going to second stacker, output the sheets on first lifting table by roll table and then first stacker return to work state. This way, one steel coil cutting can be continuously going on.

The working process is automatic, adopting PLC servo control and HMI.on touch screen, can set sheet sizes, number of pcs, calculate sheets weight, moreover, has functions: set feeding speed,set feeding length, set number of feeding, interchange between manual and auto, auto start, auto stop, pause, counter zero, fwd-rwd button, shear up-down, faults alarm, etc.

The chrome coated rollers, PU rollers, blower, etc play role in protecting sheet surface from being hurt.

Except for manual threading, all in auto working.

• To level the steel plate and send the plate to afterward length measuring & cutting to length.
• Composed of 19 work rollers, 21 middle rollers , 10lines backup rollers, drive motor and transmission, 2 pinch rollers and machine frame, etc.
• The ends of work rollers are loaded in oil-impregnated bearings with automatic thin oil lubricating system.
• 5lines backup rollers press up onto lower work rollers, adjusted by motor & gear reducer drive and digital display on operator panel, 5lines backup rollers press down onto upper work rollers manually adjusted.
• AC motor and gearbox transmission connect with work rollers by universal joints.
• Upper pinch roller press down by pneumatic cylinders
• The lower rollers and frame are fixed, upper rollers are pressed down by AC motor reducer and warm screw rod, the opening between upper rollers and lower rollers is measured by grating rule and is digitally displayed on leveler.
