Construction technology requirements
The paving surface of geogrid should be relatively flat. After the
acceptance of the paving layer, in order to prevent the
longitudinal deflection, first draw a white line or hang a line on
the paving layer according to the width, and then start paving.
Then fix the end of the geogrid with iron nails (8 nails per meter
wide, fixed at an even distance).
After fixing the end of the grid, use the paver to slowly pull the
grid forward, and manually tighten and straighten the grid every 10
meters long until one roll of grid is paved, and then lay the next
roll. The operation is the same as before.
After a roll is paved, it can be rolled by 6t-10t roller from the
starting point to the forward direction. (if it is paved on the
middle surface course and the leveling layer, it is better to use
the steel roller roller; if the grid is directly laid on the
concrete pavement, the rubber roller is suitable.)
Joint paving: take the roll length as the unit of laying section
length. After the grid should be laid within the section length,
the overall paving quality shall be checked once again, and then
the next section shall be paved. When the next section is paved,
the overlapping length of the grid and the grid can be 10-15cm, and
the second section can be paved in the forward direction after it
is fixed with iron nails or wooden wedges. By analogy, the
operation requirements are the same as before
