Features of SPC-CLA20 Case Packing Machine
* This carton packing machine is used for arranging and gripping
bottles in the carton, achieving transport packaging system,
functioned as core of the whole automatic packaging lines.
* Principles of mechanical structure and packing: The working
principle of our gripping caser: drived by compressed air, using
swing rod back and forth movement, bottles are automatically
gripped into the carton.
* Automatic Control:This machine adopts PLC control the inverter to detect the
stochastic control, which guarantees the normal operation and self
protection.
* Packaging Range: Applied to all types of bottles with small cap
production line.
Carton size: (30.7 * 19 * 21.6) cm we have drawn up a loaded boxes
(15 bottles / box, 500ml / bottle) shall prevail. Other bottle
types and carton size for special design.
* Electrical Configuration: We mainly use Mitsubishi PLC, Schneider
and Panasonic inverter, Schneider low-voltage apparatus.
