The mold is designed with cold runner and cashew gate, with a size of 550 X 650 X 551mm;

other surfaces with MT11010 etch; harden cavity and core (1*2/S136)

The surface is hardened to have a hardness > 600HV, with smooth molding actions.

The mold net weight is 1188kg, the IMM tonnage is 280T, the part net weight is 25.5g,

and the part size is 31 X 344 X 6.35 mm.
