Solid Cardboard

A 3-layer cardboard core (1.1mm) spirally glued and wrapped with 80gsm label paper coated to make your colours pop. Matt/gloss/soft-touch foils, embossing/debossing and UV Spot varnishing are available.

Offset

A two-step process where designs are printed on label paper and applied to a solid three-layer core. This allows for high-volume printing in vivid CMYK or PMS on the interior and exterior surfaces.
