the pin point gate turns to the side gate, LKM standard

The surface EDM with Charmilles VDI24#, the waterproof surface polished to 1000# sandpaper;

harden the cavity and core to have higher hardness and anti-wearing performance;

the advanced machining technology makes the mold good fitted and the tool life is

up to 500k shots
