We are a professional supplier of stainless steel tubing in China, we provides both stainless steel seamless tubing and stainless steel welded tubing. Our product covers full 300 series such as 304/ 304L, 316/ 316L, 310S, 316Ti, 317L, 347H and duplex SS 2205 and super duplex 2507, nickel-based alloy Monel 400, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, super austenitic stainless steel 254 SMO (S31254), 904L etc. We are also ability to supply titanium alloy tube and copper alloy tubes in ASME / EN norms. All of our tubings are qualified, as well as third party inspection are available for all of our tubes.
The mill finish of stainless stee tubings is pickled surface. The tubes will be pickled and passivated after solution annealing, then it will get a passivation coating to improve the performance of corrosion resistance. If there is no specific requirement on the surface, the tube will be mill finish.
The polished is mechanical polishing here, including internal surface and external surface. The roughness can be min. 0.4 µm (16 µin) or Grit 300 from polishing. Mechanical polishing uses a fully automatic polishing machine to control the surface accuracy and roughness to meet the needs of food grade and bioengineering.
BA tube is stainless steel tube with bright annealing, a heat treatment process that is different from ordinary solution annealing of stainless steel, and can obtain a better precision and surface roughness. The BA tube does not need to be pickled again, and its roughness can meet the precision requirements of polishing, but the cost is higher than mechanical polishing stainless steel tubes.
Stainless steel EP tube is high purity and high-precision tube, which is mainly used in demanding environments such as bioengineering, semiconductors, laboratories, and precision instruments. Our EP pipe can reach a roughness of 0.2 on the inner surface to meet the stringent requirements of various working conditions.
