Before MAP machine is created, people use a box sealing machine to pack the food products in a plastic or carton box for selling on super market, but in this way the shelf life is very short and the food is easy to get spoilage, in order to increase the food shelf life and keep good quality, people designed the MAP food packaging machine to package food. According to the customer’s demand, a certain proportion of mixed gas of oxygen + carbon dioxide + nitrogen, nitrogen + carbon dioxide and oxygen + carbon dioxide is added into the packaging to prevent the decline of food quality.

YiTeng vacuum(pneumatic) packaging machinery are specialized in production of various Tray MAP Packaging Machines with/without gas flush, the machine can install a coding machine or labeling machine if customer require. 1.Cutting attachment( trims seal adge up to 2mm).

2. Safety: Equipped with emergency stop; Alarm; Open-phase protector; anti-phase protector, before operation the machine again, need to screw out the evergency stop in advance.

3.Touch screen display with PLC control system provides a user-friendly interface.

4.The electric eye automatically tracks and corrects the sealing position, precise alignment of film printing

5. Using famous domestic and foreign electrical appliances and components,a coding machine can be installed according to customer’s demand.

6. Molds: Aluminum magnesium alloy molds, high strength, durable, corrosion-proof, many different shapes of mold can be customized according to customer's technical drawings or samples.
