ASME SA209 Seamless T1a Carbon Alloy Steel Boiler Tubes
YUHONG Group offers ASME SA209 T1a SMLS carbon Alloy steel tubes
which generally are used for heat exchanger and boilers.
This specification covers several grades of minimum-wall thickness,
seamless, carbon-molybdenum alloy-steel, boiler and superheater
tubes.
Its chemical composition is simple, but it contains molybdenum, so
its thermal strength is better than that of carbon steel while
maintaining the same process performance as carbon steel. However,
the steel also has a graphitization tendency after long-term
operation at high temperature, so its service temperature should be
controlled below 510°C and overheating should be prevented.
During smelting, the addition of Al should be limited to control
and delay its graphitization process. This steel pipe is mainly
used for parts such as water wall, superheater and reheater.
