Design Features

• Extremely rigid construction with heavy duty cast iron body, more than 18 months natural ageing, stable and durable.
• The spindle can realizes lifting and angle adjustment, which embodies the perfect combination of precision, rigidity and dexterity.
• 5 axis CNC, 2 axis linkage, the whole grinding process is fully automatic.
• Using the latest vision technology, realizes on-line detection, automatic grinding, parameter memory, machining error alarm, etc., comprehensively improve the machining efficiency, accuracy, automation, stability.
• Spindle motor adopts brushless motor, stable and reliable.
• The whole pneumatic system use JAPAN SMC brand, to get a rapid feed and infeed and flexibility grinding.
• Equipped with electronic handwheel, can easily adjust the position of each machining axis and achieve manual grinding.
• Equipped with grinding wheel dresser.
