Cage box with high corrosion resistance, high strength, ductility of low carbon steel wire or coated PVC above the use of mechanical braid, the use of net cage box structure. According to ASTM and EN standards, the diameter of low carbon steel wire used varies according to engineering design requirements. Generally between 2.0-4.0mm, the tensile strength of the stone cage wire is not less than 38kg/ square meter, the weight of the metal coating is generally higher than 245g/ square meter, the diameter of the stone cage wire is generally greater than the diameter of the wire. The length of the twisted-pair part shall not be less than 50mm. To ensure that the wire metal coating and polyvinyl chloride coating of the hinge part is not damaged.

GABION BASKET MATERIALS

1) Heavy Galvanized steel wire: Excellent low-carbon steel wire, diameter: 2.0mm-4.0mm, tensile strength: no less than 380Mpa. The surface adopts hot galvanization for protection. The depth of the protective galvanized layer (max. 300g/m2) is decided according to customer's demands.

2) Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed alloy steel wire: (also called galfan steel) a new kind of material appearing recently with corrosion resistance 3 times of traditional pure galvanization; diameter: 2.0mm-4.0mm; tensile strength: no less than 380Mpa.

3) Galvanized steel wire with plastic coating: Excellent low-carbon steel with PVC or PE protective coating on the surface which will be weaved into various gabions. This protective coating will greatly increase the protection in high pollution environment. In addition, the options of different colors enable it merge into the surrounding environment.

4) Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed alloy steel wire with PVC coating: alloy steel wire with PVC or PE protective coating on the surface which will be weaved into various gabions. PACKAGING DETAILS

Gabion Basket is usually packaged in bundles. According to the specific sizes, Gabion Baskets are woven by machines and then will be folded into bundles, fixed with a binding belt, and then loaded into the container. The advantage of doing so is to save container space, so that it achieves the maximum utilization rate. When using, the bundles can be folded, with binding wire to assemble it and stones to fill in it, forming a complete Gabion Basket. It is strong and durable and easy to install, which plays an important role in resisting floods and making dams strong.

• In 1989, HUILONG company was established, the original store was located in Anping Wire Mesh World Supermarket;

• In 2004, Philippines invested 1 million funds, HUILONG Wire Mesh became a joint venture company named as "ANPING HUILONG WIRE MESH MANUFACTURE CO., LTD.";
• In 2008, HUILONG wire mesh international sales department successfully obtained European market, establishing a European trading circle based on France, Belgium and Italy;
• In 2009, we obtained 50 acres land in Taicheng industry park, and built up a brandnew factory. The workshop occupies 25,000㎡, warehouse 10000㎡, with total 300 sales representatives and workers；
