Product Overview

The Mooney Viscometer is a precision instrument designed for measuring the viscosity of elastomers and rubbers. It features a rotating spindle and heated dies where the test substance encloses and overflows the spindle. Mooney viscosity is calculated from the torque measurement on the spindle.

Advanced Features

This instrument offers fully automatic testing with flexible measurement time adjustment. During testing, users can modify measurement points (15, 20, or 30 points) directly from the experimental chart interface. The system automatically adjusts measurement duration and will conclude testing if target values (t18 or t35) are not detected within 200 minutes, providing significant time and material savings.
