The Bernut Principle Salt Spray Cyclic Corrosive Resistance Testing Machine is designed for reliable corrosion testing with advanced atomization technology that ensures consistent performance.

Working Principle

The Bernut principle absorbs salt water and atomizes it uniformly without crystallization blockage, ensuring continuous testing. Compressed air is humidified through a bubble tower before reaching the nozzle, where it atomizes with the corrosive solution into corrosive mist. An integrated heater maintains consistent temperature within the testing chamber.

Utilizing the Bernut principle for salt water absorption and atomization, this system provides uniform spray distribution without crystallization concerns, enabling uninterrupted testing operations.

Precision crystal glass nozzle (PYREX) rated for 10,000 hours without crystal blockage
Adjustable spray volume from 1 to 2ml/h (standard requires 16 hours testing for average volume calculation)
