The two-cylinder hybrid refiner offers exceptional performance for
processing various chemical materials including natural rubber,
synthetic rubber, EVA, and PVC. Primarily designed for natural and
synthetic rubber product manufacturing with precision control
capabilities.

- Real-time data recording and export of kneading time, temperature
(mixing chamber and front/rear rotors), ram pressure, current,
torque, and recipe codes
- Control system configurable for up to 20 mixing steps with 20
recipe storage spaces
- Remote process recipe import and data monitoring capabilities via
Ethernet communication interface with MES integration
- Includes Ethernet communication interface with 20% reserved control
points and touch screen interface
