1. The temperature of the medium should not exceed 60°C, the density of the medium should not exceed 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value should be within the range of 5-9.

2. The pump must not be lower than the minimum liquid level during operation, see "minimum liquid level" (including automatic cooling system) in the installation dimension drawing. If there is no automatic cooling system, the minimum liquid level during operation shall not be lower than 2/3 of the total height of the pump.

3. The rated voltage is 380V and the rated frequency is 50HZ. The motor can run normally only when the deviation between rated voltage and rated frequency is not more than ±5%.

4. The maximum diameter of solid particles passing through the pump shall not be greater than 5% of the diameter of the discharge port of the pump body.

3. If the electric pump is not used for a long time, the electric pump should be taken out of the water and not soaked in water for a long time, so as to reduce the chance of the stator winding of the motor getting wet and increase the service life of the electric pump.

4. Under normal conditions, the oil in the oil chamber should be filled or replaced after every 300-500 hours of use of the pump (No. 10-30 engine oil), so as to keep the mechanical seal in a good lubricating state and improve the service life of the mechanical seal.

5. After the electric pump is disassembled and repaired, the casing components must be checked by a 0.2MPa airtight test to ensure reliable sealing of the motor.

6. The seal ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function. If the seal is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump and should be replaced if necessary.
