Introduction

In general, the water contains about 2VOL% dissolved air. In the process of water delivery, these air are continuously released from the water and gathered at the high point of the pipeline in the form of air pocket, which makes water delivery difficult, and the water delivery capacity of the system can be reduced by about 5 ~ 15%. The main function of this micro exhaust valve is to remove the 2 ∨ ol% dissolved air, and it is suitable for high-rise buildings, piping in the plant and small pump stations to protect or improve the water delivery efficiency and energy saving of the system. The single lever type micro exhaust valve is a class I oval valve body. All internal parts, including floating ball, lever, lever frame and valve seat, are 304 stainless steel. The internal standard exhaust aperture is 1 / 16 ", which is suitable for PN16 working pressure environment
