Sealing Plate Turning and Grinding of Dry Shotcrete Gunite Machine:
In order to avoid the deformation of the old sealing plate in the
repair process, a magnetic clamping plate or rigid fixed plate can
be used to clamp the sealing plate to the lathe, the surface is
turned with a carbide tool about 2 -- 3mm deep, until the deepest
scars disappear. Then grind the rubber cover with a grinding device
or a porous wheel for 2-3 times.
The steel bar portion must be about 2mm below the surface of the
sealing plate.

Operation Method of Dry Shotcrete Gunite Machine:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be
added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the
main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and
then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone)
to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then
the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface.
At this time, the operator can start the machine and start
shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa.
According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of
conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind
pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again
until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
