Door Motor
1) Electronic Limiting Motor, 380V/3P/50Hz or 220V/1P/50Hz
Counterbalance System:
1) Precision-engineered by a computer program;
2) Torsion spring material is 60Si2Mn,oil-tempered spring wire;
3) Torsion spring by the special heat treatment and oil immersion antirust treatment;
4) Torsion spring providing a minimum 30,000 cycles.

Safety Device:
1) Broken cable safety device: ensure that the door body stops within 20cm when the steel wire rope breaks;
2) Broken torsion spring safety device: ensure that the door body stops within 20cm when the spring breaks;
3) Wireless safety airbag: rebound in resitance when the door body coming down, to protect the safety of people or goods.

Door Tracks: 380mm standard radius track, 2mm hot-dipped galvanized steel, C-profile anti-wind track.

Hardwares: Aluminum die casting end stiles, abrasion proof nylon 66 roller, High-strength galvanized steel hinge, Aviation dedicated galvanized steel rope.

Sealing:
1) Side sealing strip: the side sealing strip is installed on the track corner plate. After installation, it is close to the door plate.
2) Bottom sealing strip: special bottom sealing strip for industrial door, which is in full contact with the fixed ground and has good air tightness.
3) The top sealing strip of industrial sliding door discipline is sealed at the top. After installation, when the door body is closed, the sealing strip will be close to the wall.
