CGF Application:

The CGF program is designed for dentistry, applied in implantology, periodontology, maxillofacial surgery, apical surgery, etc., such as GBR, maxillary sinus lift, peri-implantitis, immediate implantation, rapid regeneration after tooth extraction, site preservation, aesthetic area implantation, frontal sinus membrane repair, replacement of absorbable bone membrane, ect

Precautions for the preparation and use of CGF/PRP | CGF/ PRP

1. Ensure that the indoor operating temperature is between 20 30 degrees Celsius; the centrifuge needs to be placed on a stable table , no shaking
2. Check the centrifuge rotor and related tools, ensure that the tools have been sterilized
3. Use a dedicated blood collection tube with no additives, and confirm the packaging seal and within validate
4. During the blood collection process, the blood collection needle should be inserted into the blood vessel first, and the other end should be inserted obliquely into the blood collection tube, ensuring that the blood flows slowly into the interior along the tube wall.
5. After blood collection is completed, gently shake the blood collection tube 2-3 times and prepare immediately; the blood collection tube should be placed symmetrically in the centrifuge rotor, and ensure that it is inside the tube holder completely
6. Choose the centrifugation mode according to the actual case needs, do not forcibly open the cabin door before the centrifugation ends
7. After centrifugation is completed, do not shake the blood collection tube, and make a membrane or other treatment as needed according to the case.
8. When making a film in oral clinical (CGF), you can use the self-weight of the counterweight plate to press for 1-2 minutes, no need to press with your hands |
9. When mixing bone powder in oral clinical (CGF), if there is too much serum, you can use sterile gauze to absorb it (please add an appropriate amount of fibrin, too much fibrin may make the bone powder viscous block form slower)
10. For the maintenance of the centrifuge, you can use alcohol to wipe it. If conditions allow, you can also use ultraviolet light for disinfection.
