Rotary Vibrator Hose / Drilling Hose Description:

1. Purpose: High pressure drilling hose is used for flexible connection between the top of the drilling riser and the vertical movement faucet in petroleum drilling and mud transportation systems. The hose is used to adjust the installation error between the drilling pump pipeline and the riser, to facilitate connection and isolation of vibration.
Suitable for transporting water-based or oil-based mud pumped out by rotary drilling equipment at low aniline points at 66 degrees Celsius under high-pressure conditions, and can prevent hydrogen sulfide erosion. It can transport high-pressure media such as water, oil, and mud in underground oil field operations.

2. Structure: Composed of inner rubber layer or stainless steel armored inner tube, carbon fiber reinforcement layer, middle rubber layer, steel wire reinforcement layer (steel chain reinforcement layer), and carbon fiber outer rubber layer.

3. Type: The product is divided into steel wire reinforced and steel wire chain reinforced.

4. Joint type: In addition to API Spec 5B pipeline and oil pipe threads, joint and flange connection forms can also be provided, and can be manufactured according to user requirements.
