Bimetal cylinder jacket: 45# steel forgings, coat processing characteristics: centrifugal forging, high chromium inner sleeve after heat treatment hardness of 60 Rockwell C grade
Inner sleeve: high chromium alloy, chromium content 26%-28%
Inner hardness: up to 60HRC
Service life: not less than 800 hours cylinder liner hardening and heat treatment under strict quality control, high inner finish, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life. Chrome plated cylinder liner is made of high quality forged steel and the inner hole is chrome plated with a hardness of 60HRC. The bimetallic liner combines the advantages of a forged wear resistant jacket with a high chromium wear and corrosion resistant inner jacket. Jacket: The production of bimetal cylinder liner is strictly controlled within the tolerance range, ensuring easy installation and suitable for a variety of harsh working environments.
