Method of Use
1.The deployment of this product (refer to HF-819 resin synthetic rubber powder deployment book) into the glue directly into the glue tank.Stick the surface should be evenly coated.
2.The initial adhesive force:strong,fast drying,cardboard compressive strength.
3.Random down mounted paper,pressure should be continued for a period of time,time should not less than 3-5 minutes.This time is very important for the bonding strength of the adhesive,if the cardboard,corrugated cardboard and other elastic products.Pressure time can be slightly longer.
4.The amount of glue depending on the sticky paper,depending on the size of the different specifications of the control volume of corrugated paper.
5.The concentration of oxidation to complete the glue coated with -4 cup measuring flow rate of 30~36 seconds,the amount of 30~38 grams per square.

1.This product should not be mixed with other types of glue,before mixing can be used on the machine. 2.When the glue will be poured out and immediately wash with water and rubber drum.
3.The whole package of products used,shall not be sub packet modulation,storage,please pay attention to moisture.
4.This product should pay attention to moisture,can not be exposed to rain.

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
