Ejon T13 is a multifunctional letter sign bending machine which is widely used in advertising industry and very popular in western country and Mid-East for its excellent in bending of various metal sheet, such as flat aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized plate, aluminum profile, etc.
It is equipped with fully servo control system. The specially designed extra long alternate feeding mechanism and the double ball screws drive make it more powerful, faster with higher precision. The mechanical hand feeding design, continuously feeding by two clamps, can avoid feeding slipping and improve feeding precision.
It is the first choice for producing the word shell of LED, aluminium letters, stainless steel characters, punching words and resin words, etc.

To use the device, you need to install the control card in your computer and then connect to the bending machine and install the software. Computer configuration: XP system or window7 32-bit system, and requires a PCI card slot to install the control card.

The use of equipment should be equipped with air compressor, we suggest that the selection of more than 4 kW, the gas flow is 0.6 m³/min.

File Format

The software of bending machine is self-developed. Import file format supports .Dxf.Plt .AI We recommend using Coredraw or adobe illustrator to complete the file after the export file to.Dxf.Plt.Ai format. Then open the operating software, select the document.
