Description of Sliding Bearing:
SSIC bearing are ceramic thermocouple protection tubes used for
melting aluminum. Silicon nitride tubes are generally immediately
available in most volumes, including bulk quantities,can produce
materials to custom specifications by request, in addition to
custom compositions for commercial and research applications and
new proprietary technologies.
Silicon carbide is a man made compound synthesized through several
different chemical reaction methods. The material is dark gray to
black in color and can be polished to a very smooth reflective
surface, giving parts with a striking appearance.
High performance silicon nitride materials were developed for
automotive engine wear parts, such as valves and cam followers and
proven effective. The very high quality bodies developed for these
demanding high reliability applications are available today and can
be used in many severe mechanical, thermal and wear applications.

Firing equipment and technology leading in the industry. Our company has the most high-end equipment in the field of
domestic industrial ceramics production, in addition to the hot
isostatic sintering furnace (HIP) imported from ABB Sweden. Our
company also has other production equipment, the product firing
temperature has been raised to more than 2000℃.
