   • Tamper-evident: Sealed by melting the neck, eliminating contamination risk post-production.

   • Various capacities: Available in small volumes (0.5ml-10ml) – perfect for single-dose injectables, reducing waste.
4. Quality Assurance

   Every batch undergoes testing for hydrolytic resistance, seal integrity, and particle count. Provides Certificates of Analysis (CoA) to support pharmaceutical regulatory registration.

It has a production capacity of over 6 billion pieces of glass vial and galss ampoule annual output.

During the production process, the ampoule is inspected by a camera. To remove the pressure from the glass, the ampoules are annealed in an oven. At the end of the line, the product is robotically packed in polypropylene pallets.
