The production method is hot rolling, and the delivery status is heat treatment. Product specifications range from 57mm to 762mm in outer diameter and 3.0mm to 130mm in wall thickness.

During the welding process, the welding temperature needs to be controlled to avoid blue brittleness. At the same time, heat treatment is required after welding to ensure the strength and toughness of the welded joint.

Manual tungsten argon arc welding (GTAW) butt joint: use H08Mn2SiA welding wire.
Manual tungsten argon arc welding primer + manual arc welding (GTAW + SMAW) cover butt joint: use H05MnSiAITiZrA welding wire + CHE507 (J507) electrode.
