Introduce of Hastelloy C276

Hastelloy C276, also known as nickel alloy C276, is a solution-annealed nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with the addition of tungsten.

Thanks to its high nickel content, alloy C276 is immune to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. The high molybdenum and chromium contents allows the alloy to perform in oxidising, non-oxidising and mixed acids media, whilst also exhibiting outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion attack. The addition of tungsten inhibits the development of pits.

Because of this, C276 is the most universal corrosion-resistant material available today, making it perfect for use in a wide range of harsh environments.

Corrosion resistance: Hastelloy C276 has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments, including those containing sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and chlorine. It also performs well in environments with high temperatures and high pressures.

High strength: Hastelloy C276 has a high tensile strength and can be used in applications where high strength is required.

Excellent weldability: Alloy C276 can be easily welded using all standard welding methods including gas tungsten arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, and electron beam welding. This makes it a convenient choice for fabrication.

Great formability: Hastelloy C276 has good formability and can be easily formed into a variety of shapes.

Non-magnetic: Hastelloy C276 is non-magnetic and has low magnetic permeability.

Non-toxic: The alloy is non-toxic and is therefore suitable for use in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries.

What is your delivery time?

It mainly depends on your demanded volume and material grade. The time of delivery is usually around0.5- 1 month(1*40HT as usual).
We can send it out in 5 days if it has stock.

What is your payment terms?

Our usual payment term is 30% deposit and the rest against B/L. L/C is also acceptable. And the shipping terms are EXW,FOB, CFR,CIF.Whichever you like.

All material are 100% PMI tested and measured before shipping. We also accept third part inspection andEN10204.3.1B Mill test certificate for all materials.
