What Is The Technology for Seamless Stainless Steel Pipes

  • Cold Rolling is a preferred production process for high precision seamless stainless steel tube. Most of our heat exchanger tubes and precision tubes are cold rolled tubing. This technique provides a high forming rate, narrow tolerances and good turnouts. At present, the largest diameter we can get is 114.3mm for this processing.
  • Cold drawing is the common process for our ss tubings and pipes. Cold drawn stainless steel pipe will get a very narrow tolerance ranges, and keep the chemical element in a good condition. Additionally, the cold drawing process is the perfect choice for situations which place high requirements on the quality of the surface structure.
