Printing Process: DTF printing is a method of transferring designs directly onto fabric using special inks and adhesive powder. Adhesive Powder Application: After printing, a layer of adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink on the release paper. The adhesive powder is typically made of materials such as TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate). The adhesive powder adheres to the wet ink, creating a bond that allows the design to transfer onto the fabric.

Transfer Process: Once the adhesive powder is applied, the release paper is placed adhesive-side down onto the fabric. Heat and pressure are then applied using a heat press machine or a suitable transfer system. The heat causes the adhesive powder to melt and bond with the fabric fibers, while the pressure ensures a strong and durable transfer of the design.
